Whether you are getting ready for your engagement photos or the big day, the perfect manicure is the best accessory! We found a few simple tips online to keep your polish looking picture perfect!

1. Always use a base! Make sure you let the base coat dry fully before applying your color (you know it is set when your nails no longer feel tacky, or cold when you touch them to your lips.) Now you’ll be chip-free for your wedding day!

2. Take your time! To keep your new manicure looking its best, take the time to let each layer fully dry before moving on to the next!

3. Chips! Try to prevent chips by always using a top coat, this will seal in the color! Once a chip happens, simply add a bit of color to the naked space and then reapply a top coat to the whole nail. Don't own the color? Try a layer of glitter to mask that chip!

4. Picking a color! Be it classic red, neutrals, or blushing pastels, let your nails shine in your wedding and engagement photos! Don't be afraid to go bold if that is your style, or keep it simple and let your ring do all the talking!

5. Bring the bottle! A great way to maintain your nails post manicure is to bring your color to the salon. Don't forget to then bring this bottle along on the big day for any last minute fixes!
