A White Wedding Gets a Splash of Color: Rhieanna and Jesse’s San Diego Soiree

It was one of those March days when the sun shines bright but the wind blows cold; when it is summer in the light and winter in the shade. Rhieanna and Jesse’s March wedding was everything beautiful and vibrant, just like a kaleidoscope that you can’t stop being awestruck looking at.
The wedding was held at the Porto Vista Hotel, known for its scenic harbor views, in Little Italy, San Diego. The big day began with a gorgeous photoshoot of the bridesmaids and the bride. We loved the glam all around as all of them were dressed in golden silk getting-ready robes!
Soon, Rhieanna was transformed into a stunning bride as she adorned herself in a lovely white trumpet style wedding gown. We are still swooning over her blue hair clip which was complimenting her mesmerizing blue eyes, perfectly! Her bridal bouquet was a great combination of deep winter colors and pastel pinks. The deep red berries, pure white hydrangea and pastel pink roses wrapped by eucalyptus leaves looked seraphic.
Jesse looked dashing in a blue suit and a contrasting burgundy pocket square and tie. The wedding ceremony took place at the Ripassi Rooftop at the magnificent wedding venue. The couple shared their wedding vows amidst the marvelous views of the downtown and harbor. We simply loved how the backdrop complemented a happy occasion.
The bride and groom had a great photoshoot with the bridesmaids and groomsmen post the ceremony. Our professional wedding photographers knew just the spot that played a perfect backdrop to their colors. The result? Spectacular portraits! The bridesmaids looked beauteous in mismatched shades of blue. The groomsmen looked handsome in well-coordinated blue suits and tan shoes.
The couple looked amazing as they posed against the vibrant mural on the 5th floor. The light drizzle and a sheer umbrella added a dreamy effect to the wedding photography. We are absolutely in love with their photo that has them kissing against the colorful mural under the umbrella. Sheer delight - that’s what wedding dreams are made of!
The love birds looked every bit of happy as they posed for romantic portraits on the exterior corridors. Their chemistry looks simply beyond this world and has been flawlessly captured by our wedding photographers.
The interiors and decor of the wedding venue were tastefully done. They formed a perfect host to a romantic evening as the two had a cozy first dance. The toasts, table settings and cake cutting that were captured displays brilliantly the cherished moments of celebration!
