Lilies & limes: they do a body good
We will be the first to admit, we are not health experts nor do we want to be. We love being wedding photographers and videographers way too much to change our careers! Still, we were having some fun in the office one cloudy Thursday afternoon and found these helpful blogs that talk about the health benefits of both lilies and limes. Have we piqued your curiosity yet?
What we found is that limes have a large amount of vitamin C which helps rejuvenate your skin. And adding some lime to your daily water intake could help with weight loss and digestion. Now on to the lilies. Not only does a lily smell amazing and look beautiful, the flower’s aroma allegedly gives people a sense of happiness. Now that is three great reasons to have lilies around all year long. Plus, lilies also have properties that are good for the skin and are often used to treat skin ailments. (I’m sure this is where I’m supposed to say it’s not backed by any federal agency.)
