Monica & Jeremy’s Intimate San Diego Affair
October, 12 2017

Monica and Jeremy’s elegant San Diego wedding was an intimate affair that allowed them to celebrate with their closest friends and family.
The couple chose navy and coral as their wedding colors. We just love the way this unexpected color palette played together! The bridesmaids wore long, solid colored coral dresses. The groomsmen matched the ladies in navy suits with coral ties to tie in the dresses. The maid of stood out in a navy blue dress that still complemented the bridesmaids but gave her that extra bit of flair. This unparalleled look showcased one of our favorite wedding trends: mismatched bridesmaid dresses.
The Lily & Lime wedding photographer really took advantage of that San Diego sunshine and photographed the group outside. We love the way the architectural elements of the venue were included in the larger bridal party photos. It accentuated the California landscape in the background and gave the couple a lovely setting for their photos.
Monica’s bouquet was a sight to behold. She carried a gathering of white lilies, roses and callies, coral roses, and navy roses. It was an elegant, sophisticated way to pull in their playful wedding colors. Plus, it gave Monica a nice pop of color against her white dress!
Monica and Jeremy’s wedding cake was an impressive four-tiered piece of frosted beauty. They opted for lots of embellishments and detailing, with textured frosting and coral roses on each tier.
After dessert, the couple danced the night away with their family and friends. It was the perfect end to a perfect wedding!
