Sheila & Bulscu’s Intimate Austin Wedding

Sheila and Bulscu tied the knot in spectacular fashion at Vintage Villas Hotels & Events located in Austin. The couple donned colorful traditional garments for their first look, which their Lily & Lime wedding photographer captured beautifully. Sheila wore an ultra-colorful gown with bold, gold jewelry. Bulscu’s white button-down had a colorful trim that perfectly matched Sheila’s dress.
For the ceremony and reception, Sheila wore all white. Her wedding-day look was gorgeous and ethereal. She looked like a goddess from a garden with her lace bodice, simple flower crown composed of baby’s breath and a delicate veil. She chose white flowers with a hint of greenery for her bridal bouquet, which gave this monochrome look an otherworldly vibe.
Bulscu looked handsome in a navy blue suit with a pink tie, perfectly matching the bridesmaids’ dresses. His look was masculine with a soft touch that added to the spirit of the affair.
Sheila and Bulcu didn’t let a little rain ruin their big day, and neither did their wedding photographer. Instead, they grabbed a clear umbrella and embraced the raindrops for some romantic shots.
The newlyweds went in an unexpected direction with their wedding cake, and it made us realize it’s everything we ever wanted and never knew we needed! They opted for a three tier chocolate cake as opposed to the traditional white wedding cake. The unexpected touch made it an eye catching statement - it also helped their guests get their chocolate fix in!
For Shelia and Bulscu’s grand exit as a married couple, friends and family gathered together and tossed rose petals as the two walked by. This kaleidoscope flourish allowed them to incorporate more of their personal style and made for some pretty stellar wedding photography.
