We can’t think of a better way to celebrate National Dog Day (August 26) than by looking at photos sweet of pups all day! Here are some paw-fect ways to incorporate your furry friend in your engagement and wedding photography:
Engagement Inspiration
Nervous for your engagement session? Bringing along your pup is a great way to warm up to the camera. Having something familiar with you is a good way to help you feel more at ease.
Plus, how could you not want that smiling fur ball into your photos? For a creative spin, consider including a sign that says something like, “My humans are getting married!” These will make for some great save the date cards - trust us!
Wedding Inspiration
More and more, we are seeing couples including their dogs in weddings. Needless to say, we love it. Having your sweet pup with you while you get ready not only makes for a great photo-op, but he or she can help you curb those wedding-day jitters.
Have your dog walk you down the aisle, or give him or her the honor of being your ring bearer! Just make sure to brush up on those “sit” and “stay” commands so you don’t have a dog on the run mid-ceremony.
