The Dreamiest of All: Katelyn and Charles’ Miami Wedding
April, 17 2020
Talk about a wedding with a Miami state of mind! A wedding that was lit with the magic of Miami breeze and spring romance. Katelyn and Charles’ gorgeous beachside wedding celebration at the SALT Waterfront Restaurant in Miami was everything love!
The big day began with the bride getting ready with her gal pals! While Katelyn looked prepped in a white getting-ready robe, her bridesmaids complimented her in pastel pink robes. As the ladies got ready, our wedding photographers left no moment undocumented as they captured all the glam in their frames.
Katelyn looked drop-dead gorgeous in a sleek white wedding gown! The sheath bridal gown was sophisticated and faired high on the oomph-factor! The maid of honor wore a plum-kissed-pink gown while the bridesmaids complemented them in white dresses with contrasting pink flowers. We loved the classic vibes of white all around!
Before leaving for the wedding ceremony, Katelyn had a few shots taken with her mother. And those moments were spread out like a buffet of joy! Katelyn’s mother looked elegant in a silver-gray dress. Looking for style inspiration for your mother? Click here to know more.
The venue moved to the St. Peter & St. Paul Catholic Church, where the wedding ceremony took place. The church had a timeless vibe and we loved how it was captured flawlessly by our wedding photographers. The stained-glass windows provided a vibrant backdrop to Katelyn and Charles’s wedding photography.
As Katelyn walked down the aisle with her father, she carried a gorgeous bridal bouquet. We still can’t stop swooning over the perfect mix of pink florals and green foliage that made the bouquet look unique! Charles looked handsome dressed in a charcoal-color suit as he waited for his lady love. His wedding look was concluded by a pastel pink tie and dark tan shoes.
As the lovely duo said their wedding vows, the decor of the church made for one of the most blissful backdrops ever! Post-wedding ceremony, our wedding photographers beautifully captured the newly-wed couple’s romance as they came out of the church.
Katelyn and Charles posed with the bridesmaids and groomsmen once they stepped outside the church. The groomsmen looked dapper in similar color suits as Charles. Together they made for amazing pictures, synonymous with a celebration of friendship on their happiest day!
We loved how the couple posed for romantic portraits and with their respective parents. Wedding photography is all about capturing those in-between moments and raw emotions manifesting all around. We absolutely loved how our photographers managed to capture the happiness and love that reigned over that day!
The party moved to the wedding venue, SALT Waterfront Restaurant, a refreshing beachside restaurant. The decor of the wedding venue had a flowery touch, where roses of all hues shone as confetti popped all over! The table settings were modish and elegant, with a huge centerpiece full of blooming roses and luxuriant foliage.
The waterfront wedding venue begged for some beachside wedding photography. Our wedding photographers could not have had it otherwise, as water is photography’s favorite solution (pun intended)! And it turned out to be a dreamy wedding photoshoot as the bride and groom struck pretty poses with their bridesmaids and groomsmen. Soon, they were joined by their parents for another round of photoshoot!
The moment went on in full glory as Katelyn took off her block heels to get into the sand! They say, "If you are not barefoot in Miami then you are overdressed!" We utterly loved how Katelyn delighted the cameras with a ‘basking-in-the-glory-of-the-day’ vibe.
The duo moved indoors where their first dance awaited them! They took the floor and all eyes were on them - ah, the newlyweds! The happiness of these moments is unparalleled and we managed to flawlessly frame it forever! The bride’s dance with her father was the highlight of the day. With emotions riding high, the father-daughter duo was a treat for the soul! Charles’ dance with his mother was the epitome of a mother’s love! We simply adored how these precious moments were brilliantly captured by our wedding photographers.
The special day concluded with Katelyn and Charles cutting their wedding cake. The dessert table had a winsome look and showed how sophisticated simplicity can be! The candles placed on the table added warmth and cozy glam to the decor. For more ideas on a simple decor for your wedding, click here.
