The Great Outdoors: Timothy & Feiy’s San Diego Wedding

Black, white, and romantic all over. From the classic attire colors to the exquisite English-styled gardens, Timothy and Feiy’s San Diego wedding was an elegant, outdoor dream come true.
This couple’s Twin Oaks Garden wedding was defined by enchanting forests, an array of waterfalls, and gorgeous rose arbors. Timothy and Feiy’s outdoor ceremony began under a cottage gazebo set beneath a private tree-covered clearing. It was a fairytale scene, to say the least.
If you think the setting is dreamy, just check out this couple’s dresswear choices! The black and white attire made such a timeless statement. And don’t even get us started on Feiy’s vintage wedding dress! We can’t stop staring at those intricate lace sleeves and that long train. She opted for a two-piece wedding dress - one of our favorite non-traditional wedding trends.
The wedding party looked brilliant in black against the bride’s white dress. The groomsmen sported head-to toe black tuxedos, ties and vests, and matching socks. The beautiful bridal party donned black mismatched dresses, which lent just enough modern contrast. We love the mismatched trend because it lets each bridesmaid choose a dress that suits her best.
After the “I do’s” in the great outdoors, the big day extended into a glowing reception. Timothy and Feyin added rustic decor to the regal chandelier-adorned space, which made for a breathtaking blend! Their unique wedding signage included black chalkboards held up by historic gaslight stands, which telling guests to sit where they wished.
The centerpiece arrangements were composed of the same beautiful flowers Feiy’s bridesmaids held during the ceremony. The wedding cake was an all-white minimalist masterpiece adorned with with fancy swirls.
The Lily & Lime wedding photographer captured the the most adorable, intimate shots of Timothy and Feiy embracing and dancing under fairy lights. And they lived happily ever after!
