July, 7 2022
Sometimes we wonder, is there an easy way to plan a wedding? With so many things to consider, wedding planning tips and inspirations can be your only disposition to make the wedding planning process easy and manageable. The wedding checklist may seem endless, and you may not know where to begin, but there are a few things that should be your starting point and priority when it comes to wedding planning. You and your to-be spouse are the most important aspects of your wedding, and that is what it is all about and what matters at the end of the day.
When it comes to planning the big day, however, you will need to speak and communicate with wedding vendors- including florists, bridal boutiques, caterers, stationery designers, and so on. From tipping your wedding vendors to making sure that your visions come into reality, it is surely a process that is not an easy one. Everyone will tell you how important it is to get it right. Getting the right wedding flowers, having the best reception menu, and how important your wedding dress selection is- you would naturally want to work with people who are passionate about what they do. But are these priorities when planning your wedding? Of course, they should be included, and we are not suggesting that any of them be overlooked, but are they more important than planning for wedding photography?
Is wedding photography the most important aspect of your special day? No, not at all, but it should be high on your priority list of things to consider, budget for, and book when it comes to planning your special day. Wedding photography is important because it will capture your day and all your happy wedding memories, and it will tell a story about your special day- a day you will never forget. A story you can tell your friends and family, your children and grandchildren, and something you will have and treasure for the rest of your life. You see, your gorgeous wedding flowers will wilt, your delicious and statement-making wedding cake will be eaten quickly, your glamorous wedding invitations will be thrown away after the wedding, your chic wedding dress will be worn once, and those stunning wedding shoes will be returned to their box. This isn't us trying to be pessimistic, but this is about helping you focus your wedding budget on things that are very important, such as wedding photography.
When it comes to wedding planning, it's about creating a lifetime of memories, not just one day. It's about capturing sentimental moments between the bride and the groom and capturing emotions between all their loved ones. It is being able to relive the day through beautiful photos, smiling at moments you didn't realize happened, seeing the emotion on your family and friends' faces, and, most importantly, having a story you can treasure for a lifetime.

The day started early with getting-ready photos as our bride Tricia got ready with her bridal gang. Our professional wedding photographers in Phoenix started their journey with detailed shots of all the big and small wedding details laid thoughtfully across the wedding venue. We could see customized champagne glasses that said "bride squad" along with the one with the bride's name on it. The gorgeous ring boxes were captured along with the stunning bridal jewelry against neutral backdrops. We could also see monogrammed wedding details throughout these elements. The wedding dress was photographed hanging in front of neutral-colored backdrops and a free-standing statement mirror.
As we spoke there were several bespoke personalized wedding details spread throughout the wedding day. For instance, a wooden box was placed for the wedding guests to drop signed hearts. How adorable is this wedding idea! There are also many meaningful wedding signs like the one that said "forever and always" with their wedding hashtag #czakmate. Another stunning addition was a wooden chest with the bride and groom's names along with their wedding date inscribed on it, and came with the sign that said "advice and wishes for travel destinations for the Mr and Mrs." Beautifully photo display ideas were brought into play that honored departed loved ones with a sign that said, "in memory of those who are forever in our hearts."
As a new beginning awaits Tricia and her bridal squad came together to prepare for the big day. Dressed up in ivory white wrap-style satin gowns, they posed for beautiful portraits during their bridesmaid photography session with Tricia in the middle who was wearing a similar wrap-style satin gown but in crisp white color. The finishing touches to the bride were done as she wore a chic bridal look for her big day. The bride getting ready photos came out to be stunning as Tricia put on her minimal bridal makeup and chic wedding jewelry! Glamorous bridal portraits were clicked by our Phoenix wedding photographers at the sprawling lawn as Tricia posed with her two fur babies.
The swanky limousine spoke elegance and sheer chicness as a backdrop for the beautiful bridesmaids’ portrait session right before the wedding ceremony. This is when the she-gang of the chic wedding party came in front of the camera as a team, and it was a sheer delight for our fashionista hearts! Our stunning bride Tricia donned a sweeping A-line train wedding dress that swept the grounds wherever she went like a magical dream. This romantic wedding dress featured a plunging V-neckline and illusion details in the front. It featured sleek sleeves and came with embroidered details that accentuated and hugged her in the right places. The bridal veil tucked on her neatly side-parted hair looked ethereal, which again was left open, making her look like a muse. She was absolutely radiant and calm all day long! The winter bridal bouquet that Tricia carried with her pretty wedding gown elevated her gorgeous bridal look even more. Her gang of bridesmaids looked charming in their color-coordinated neutral bridesmaid dresses.
Our dashing groom Christopher wore a classic dark blue three-piece suit with a brown belt and a crisp white shirt. The elegant black-tie suiting came into play as he wore an ivory white tie and pocket square along with a white rose boutonniere. The whole formal groom look was completed with a pair of brown formal shoes. The handsome groomsmen aced their black-tie look with exactly similar outfits as that of Sherman. They too wore dark blue formal suits with white rose boutonnieres and white satin ties. The wedding gang came prepared for memorable wedding portraits, and it showed.
As the couple exchanged their wedding vows and promised a lifetime partnership with each other, and vowed to be true to each other in good times and in bad, in sickness and in health, the emotionally stirring wedding portraits captured by our professional and affordable wedding photographers in Phoenix remained as an unshakable attestation.
After the wedding ceremony, the bride's and groom's gangs teamed up for some Pinterest-inspired group wedding photography, with the bejeweled green backdrop, creating a tranquil and fun atmosphere for everybody present there. The scenic location with breathtaking greenery and lush green foliage sparked tropical magic for the couple photography, taken right after the wedding ceremony. It was the perfect opportunity for the dashing couple to indulge in some beautiful couple photography, as our professional photographers captured some breathtaking couple portraits. Starting from the couple posing in front of a dramatic background with cobblestone pathways flanked by large stone bridges, as part of their golden hour photography to the flawlessly pretty smile of Tricia as she looked at her husband, every part of this Phoenix wedding photography session was creating a vibrant mood among the people who came to witness the stunning union of this couple.
Our eclectic Phoenix couple reassures us with a warm vibe of love with their infallible and infectious positive energy. The eternal love story is well radiated in the way Christopher looks at Tricia with all his love or the way Tricia embraces Christopher creating a perfect blend of friendship and comfort, that makes us believe that they are the kind of couple who will sail through the uncharted waters of matrimony by being each other’s wind to the sails. The comfort and cozy vibe of this once-in-a-lifetime wedding lighten our wild hearts with a strange sense of belief in the true power of soulmates, making us believe that maybe love is after all lifelong friendship and companionship.
