The Quaint And Chic Wedding Of Gina And Sean In Sunken Gardens, Tampa
February, 8 2023
On a quiet day, in Tampa, Florida, Gina and Sean tied the knot. The happy smiles and faces don’t do justice to their love. Every once in a while, we find ourselves in the company of love, and it is rare to see a delicate love blossom into something more in just a matter of hours. The day, when Gina took Sean’s name, the couple started a new chapter in their lives together, our Tampa wedding photographer took the photos of their day. The many emotions that ran through the two, the many expressions that were shared, and more, nothing was missed that day. Sean and Gina had been planning their wedding for a while, and when the day came around, these two couldn’t stop smiling and we couldn’t help but feel our hearts melting when we saw the photos. Their wedding day was beautiful and serene. The minimalistic yet stylish wedding was well-planned, the wedding day went along without a hitch, and the bride and groom couldn’t help but smile.
Tampa is a beautiful mix of different cultures and is famous for its gritty spots. In recent times, the cityscape has changed a bit, and for the better. Many new museums have been added, and the intricate architecture, the ambitious restaurants, and the leisure spaces make Tampa a great place to live, visit and enjoy your time. Apart from that, the city is also known for its brilliant natural parks, and riverside paths. Out of the many places, the couple chose Sunken Gardens as their wedding venue. The choice of venue was absolutely stunning, and we approved it the moment we laid our eyes on the photos. One of the best parts about this venue is that it is a living museum of a variety of plants. The beautiful venue boasts about 50,000 tropical specimens and is filled with creeping vines. This wedding venue was just perfect, ethereal, and lovely and the wedding decor chosen by the couple made the entire wedding setting look even better. The couple had decided to have their wedding ceremony outdoors and had decided to throw their wedding reception party indoors. The couple chose a love wedding theme made of simple colors, blue, brown, white, and subtle gold. We absolutely loved the wedding color scheme, it lit up the space and made it look dreamy. And the wedding photos turned out amazing, the colors popped out, making the wedding look even better. Our photographer had a chance to take some amazing wedding detail photos, which are worthy of using in a wedding photo book.
Before the wedding ceremony started, the two of them decided to get dressed separately and pose for some getting-ready photos. The groom was surrounded by his groomsmen and the bride was surrounded by her bridesmaids. The groom had decided to wear a beautiful tuxedo. The groom’s tuxedo was a classic one, black and white, with black lapels and black pants, he finished his wedding look with a pair of glasses, a lovely watch, and a pair of brown shoes. To add more charming details, Sean added a beautiful maroon bow tie. The groomsmen were dressed up in navy blue three-piece suits. After our photographer took some greeting-ready photos of the girls, our photographer found the girls and decided to take some detailed photos. The bride’s dress was from Flora's Bridal, and the bridesmaids’ dresses were from David’s Bridal. Before the girl started getting dressed for the day, they sat down to have a chat with each other. They relaxed and laughed a little. Then as the ceremony’s time was coming closer, the girls began dressing up. Our photographer carefully documented everything, from their bridesmaid dresses to the bridal dress, to the floral details. To start off the day, the girl dressed up together, the bridesmaids decided to finish getting dressed first, so that they could help Gina after. As the bridesmaids were dressing up, our photographer took some photos of the bride-to-be. Our photographer also took a photo of the two, cute flasks that were used to keep the wedding rings. The bridesmaids were dressed in different colors, peach, and maroon. The maid of honor had a different dress because Gina wanted her maid of honor to look different. Once the girls were dressed, they helped the bride get dressed. The mother of the bride also stepped in to help her daughter for her special, special day. Once Gina had put on the dress, her mother gasped a little, and hugged her daughter. Then her bridesmaids quickly placed the wedding veil on her head to complete the look. The bride had chosen to have her simple, natural-like makeup. And she looked absolutely stunning. Our photographer took some more solo bridal portraits. Before stepping out to walk down the aisle to Sean, Gina’s bridesmaids handed her the wedding bouquet. Like everything else in the wedding, Gina’s wedding bouquet was perfect, beautiful, and extremely full. Complete with big blooms, and greenery, her wedding bouquet seemed like spring captured in a bouquet. With that, the girls were dressed and ready for the day. Sean had already reached the area where their outdoor wedding ceremony was to take place.
He was patiently waiting for his soon-to-be-wife. As the bride made her way down to the wedding ceremony venue, our photographer took some photos of the wedding ceremony decor. The outdoor space, like every other space in Sunken Gardens, was lush green. To make the place absolutely stunning, the couple had chosen white chairs for the wedding guests. The wedding signage here was brown with delicate white lettering. To add more charming details, the couple had also picked out lovely brown signage that had their favorite quotes from the Harry Potter series. The welcome signage for the wedding ceremony was simple and adorable. It was a brown background with delicate white lettering, and with that, the couple had chosen a beautiful arrangement of white and red flowers. By the time the bride arrived at the ceremony venue, the wedding guests had found their spots and been seated. Sean had taken his spot at the other end of the aisle, waiting for his soon-to-be-wife now. As he waited for her to walk down the aisle, our photographer could see him fidgeting, and shifting his weight from this foot to another. And when he saw Gina step out, it seemed as though he forgot to breathe. Gina softly smiled, and walked down the aisle, towards him. He smiled, and couldn’t help staring at his soulmate. He smiled when she took her spot in front of him, Sean smiled softly and held the wedding ring behind his back. Slowly turning it in his fingers, his eyes never left hers. As the wedding officiant went through the details, the two softly smiled, blushed a little, and stole some looks. After taking their vows, the two exchanged their wedding rings and sealed them with a kiss. The place erupted into happy claps, cheers, and congratulations! Then the two softly walked down the aisle, Gina and Sean were married and were too excited to start their new lives together!
After the ceremony ended, the couple walked down the aisle, smiling and giggling. They stopped at the spot, the aisle lined with white flower petals, they stood there, looked at each other, and kissed. It was a cute moment, the two were surrounded by their loved ones, and they had just taken their vows, and everyone around them sort of gathered around, the photo turned out to be as mesmerizing as we feel the moment had been on February the 6th, 2022. Then the guests dispersed for a while so that they could enjoy the reception party better. As the guests enjoyed the cocktail hour, the couple decided to pose for some photos with friends and family. The bride took the initiative of getting some photos first with the bridesmaids and the maid of honor. Gina also posed separately with her maid of honor for a photo. After that, she urged the other family members to join in. Friends, cousins, and family gathered around Gina and Sean to pose for a big photo with even bigger smiles. After that, Sean and Gina decided to pose for some photos with the mother of the bride and the groom. Both of the mothers had one of the brightest smiles we had seen that day. After that, the two decided to pose for some romantic photos as well, which turned out to be amazing. Before the two made their way back to the reception venue, they posed with some of their groomsmen as well. And right before they stepped in, they found an amazing spot with lovely greenery and some flowers. So, they posed for some romantic couple photos there.
After that, Gina and Sean took a short break before heading to the reception party venue. When it was time, the two held hands and walked into the reception venue, smiling as everyone clapped and some guests yelled congratulations! The couple took the floor for their first dance and danced to the tunes of their favorite songs. Right after they finished their first dance, Sean danced with his mother and when he was done, he opened the floor for the other guests to enjoy the night and start dancing.
The couple had thoughtfully planned out their wedding, and the details were absolutely perfect! The couple had a memory table, to pay homage to loved ones who’d passed on and could not be there on the couple’s special day. The couple had also used lovely white lanterns with some faux flowers in them which added a nice detail to their reception party wedding decor. To add more charms to the wedding, the couple had picked out a few white signage options like one of the acrylic signages said “love” while the other said “Mr and Mrs.” The wedding tablescape was perfectly well-put together. At the center of the reception table decor was a pretty brown lantern centerpiece. This wedding centerpiece had some greenery, ferns, and flower petals around it. The couple had decided to showcase their wedding favors in a cute decor idea. They had a blue table, with some small white bags with pretty blue wrappers. Unlike the tablescape for the wedding guests, the sweetheart table was dressed in black. Flanked by black lanterns, little bigger ones compared to the wedding centerpieces, the black lanterns had white pillar candles inside and were decorated with greenery. The sweetheart table decor included a Mr and Mrs signage and was lined with floral decor. The wedding dinner was served buffet style, and the cake for the day was absolutely beautiful. The three-tiered cake was unique and had a cake topper with “Noisette.” the couple’s shared last name. And on the topper, they had a smaller cake, with another topper “Happily Ever After.” To decorate the cake, the couple had pretty maroon flowers with pink and white blooms, and some leaves as well!
As the night was coming to a close, the couple enjoyed their wedding day with smiles and cheers. They took their spot at the wedding sweetheart's table and raised their glasses to toast. Before letting the wedding guests know that they could have dinner, the two lovebirds decided to have their cake-cutting ceremony. Surrounded by all of the wedding guests, these two cut the wedding cake and celebrated with their loved ones. The two sat down again, at their sweetheart's table, as the party for the day continued on. The sweet couple reminisced about some of their older memories with their friends and family, and just enjoyed the wedding these two had put together. As the night continued on, the wedding party went on in full swing and gave a lot of photo opportunities. And soon, the wedding day was about to become the day where it all started, Gina and Sean were gearing up for making their wedding exit. As the night was still young, and the wedding guests were enjoying themselves, the couple held hands as they walked out of the party to a new future, a new future these two created for themselves. Our photographer was a part of Gina and Sean’s beginning of a life together and was able to not only witness their sweet, sweet love but also able to document the wedding day into timeless wedding photos. As our wedding photographer left the couple, after their wedding celebrations were done, our photographer couldn’t help but feel that they were truly in the presence of love. Looking at the two, a quote by Leo Christopher comes to mind, “I swear I couldn’t love you more than I do right now, and yet I know I will tomorrow.” As our wedding photographer took one last look at the couple and knew that the two of them were more than ready to start their life together.
